Dollar Loan Center
Online Loan Processors
Dollar Loan Center is currently recruiting for Online Loan Processors in the Las Vegas areas. This position assists customers in meeting their short-term financial needs through strong Customer Service. The Loan Processor works each stage of the loan process, from explaining the process to customers, to answering questions about outstanding loans, and also collecting payments. Successful candidates should have at least 1 year of strong customer service experience and be computer literate. Previous experience in lending and collections a plus for this position, as is Bilingual. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED. Must be available to work M-F 9-7, with some Saturdays 9-4.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1) High school diploma or GED.
2) One year previous customer service experience.
3) Computer literate.
4) Excellent communication skills.
5) Previous lending and collection experience a plus.
6) English/Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
7) Available to work all regular office hours and overtime when necessary.
8) Hard-working and dedicated to the goals of Dollar Loan Center.
9) Familiar with basic office equipment.
10) Have reliable transportation.
11) Satisfactorily pass a background check.
